Her firm is proudly certified as a Women-Owned, Minority-Owned, and Black-Owned business, amplifying voices historically underrepresented in the legal profession.

In addition to her legal practice, Rafaela serves as an Advisor for several organizations such as Global Alliance, the Community Dispute Settlement Center, the Chris Foundation, *and the Brazilian Chamber of Commerce in Massachusetts, bridging Brazilian business owners and communities with essential educational and networking opportunities. Her leadership within the business world and her connections underscore her influence in fostering bilateral business relationships and cultural understanding.
